Highlights

The Capital Markets team advised dealers Intesa Sanpaolo and UniCredit, alongside co-dealers Banca Akros and Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, on the issuance of the Italian government bond, Btp Valore. The transaction was valued at 18.32 billion EUR and closed in March 2024. 

The team also assisted A2A on the placement of the first European Green Bond in the market. The European Green Bond, issued under the A2A’s EMTN and listed on the MOT, has a nominal value of 500 million EUR and a maturity of 10 years. The transaction closed in January 2025.
