Schoenherr North Macedonia is a country desk, based in Skopje, of the international law firm Schoenherr, which was founded in 1950 and has a team of more than 250 offices spread across 15 offices, with four country desks in Central and Eastern Europe. The firm is active in all areas of financial and corporate law, and in project development.

Highlights 

The firm advises a client on all aspects of their business in North Macedonia, including the incorporation of a new subsidiary. The advice is currently ongoing. 

The team also advised a software and IT company on the sale of a majority ownership stake in the company to Modirum. The transaction closed in July 2024.
