Peterka & Partners established their Croatia office in 2023. The office is a part of CEE firm Peterka and Partners, with offices in 10 different jurisdictions. 

Highlights 

The firm's Prague and Zagreb offices assisted Saint-Gobain with Czech and Croatian legal aspects of the acquisition of Glass Service a.s. The transaction closed in Aprile 2024. 

The Zagreb team also provided full legal support to Toyota Financial Services (UK) Plc., in financing of the borrower. The transaction closed in March 2024.
