The firm provided legal support to a client with respect to the sale of a set of assets representing a complete manufacturing site, including land, production facilities, and a related photovoltaic electric power plant. The transaction closed in November 2024. 

The M&A team also advised a client in relation to the sale of one of the client’s subsidiaries in Bulgaria. The transaction closed in January 2025.
