Highlights 

The firm advised Cassa depositi e prestiti in the negotiation and in the drafting of a new loan to CONAD Nord Ovest Società Cooperativa, to finance its development and the investment plans of the group. The transaction was valued at 20 million EUR and closed in September 2024. 

The M&A team advised Xenon Private Equity on all the legal and contractual aspects of its acquisition of a 60% majority stake in Miorelli Service. The transaction was valued at 150 million EUR and closed in May 2024.
