Highlights 

The firm advised Allianz Hungária Biztosító Zrt. as sole shareholder and Allianz Foglalkoztatói Nyugdíjszolgáltató Zrt. in the procedure aimed at the winding-up of its subsidiary. The transaction was completed in September 2024. 

The M&A team advised ENEOS Materials Corporation on the acquisition of a 49 per cent stake in ENEOS MOL Synthetic Rubber Zrt.. The transaction closed in January 2025.
