Schoenherr is an international law firm established in 1950 which is based in Central and Eastern Europe, operating in 14 countries.  

Highlights 

The firm advised Agri Europe Cyprus on the acquisition of 74.94% of the share capital of Hipotekarna Banka A.D. Podgorica. The transaction was completed in December 2024. 

The firm also advised Montenegro Memories and Digital Control on the full development cycle of their innovative application, TravelAizer. The project was completed in July 2024.
