In M&A, the firm advised seller companies on Italian corporate, M&A and public law matters with respect to an agreement signed between Intuitive Surgical, manufacturer of leading robotic surgery system Da Vinci,  and the current Intuitive technology distributors ab medica, Abex, Excelencia Robotica, and their affiliates to purchase their Intuitive product-related business. 

The team also advised a client on the acquisition of 100% shares in Sintesy Pharma SRL. The transaction involved Italy, Switzerland, and India and closed in March 2024.
