Marohnić Tomek & Gjoić is a Croatian law firm founded in 2016 and based in Zagreb. The firm has a particular focus on finance and corporate work and is active in project development. The firm advised the client is the acquisition of project for development of 9.99 MWe photovoltaic power plant located in Splitsko-Dalmatinska County through share deal and acquisition of a project company with a construction turnkey contract. The transaction closed in July 2024. 

The team also advised a client as a borrower in refinancing provided by Raiffeisen Bank International AG, Raiffeisen Austria dd and Erste Group Bank AG as lenders. The transaction closed in December 2024.
