Highlights 

The team advised Entrio Tehnologije d.o.o. on EUR 9 million growth equity investment by Invera Equity Partners. The transaction closed in June 2024. 

The firm also advised the owner of Jadran – Informatika d.o.o. regarding the sale of 100% shares in the company to IN2 Group. The transaction closed in July 2024.
