The M&A team assisted Nordmann in the acquisition of SD Chemicals. The firm acted as lead counsel and the transaction closed in January 2024. 

The firm also advised Financiére Lubersac in the disposal of the majority of the Italian company Boschetti Alimentare. The transaction closed in February 2024.
