Established in 2007, Legance is an independent Italian firm with offices in Milan, Rome and London. Across its two Italian offices it employs more than 400 professionals.  

Highlights

In 2024, the Banking & Finance team advised Italgas S.p.A. in relation to the financing granted in the context of the transaction relating to the acquisition of 2i Rete Gas S.p.A. The transaction was valued at 2,200,000,000 EUR and was completed in October 2024.   

In M&A and Capital Markets, the team advised Banco BPM S.p.A. in the context of the public exchange offer launched by UniCredit S.p.A on all the shares of Banco BPM. The deal has a potential value of Euro 10.1 billion and the tender offer was launched in November 2024.
