Highlights 

The firm advised a Chinese commercial bank in regard to a loan facility for second phase of project of construction of the sewage infrastructure in nine locations across Serbia. The project is currently ongoing, but the facility agreement was signed in June 2024. 

Team also assisted a utility-scale renewables developer in process of development of wind power plant projects in Serbia. The project is currently ongoing.
