Founded in 2020, Karna Partnership is an Indonesian law firm with a core focus on corporate and commercial law. The firm's practice encompasses company restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and commercial dispute resolution.

Highlights  

Recent examples of the firm’s deal work include advising Sele Raya on its joint study of the Amanah oil and gas block with partners Medco Energi and KUFPEC, and in the subsequent negotiations and execution of the production sharing contract for the block with the Government of Indonesia. The transaction involved one of only five oil and gas blocks tendered in Indonesia's first 2024 bidding round.  

Other highlights include advising Artotel Group in preparing the security documents for a convertible bond issued to its existing investor, Indies Capital.
