Highlights

The firm advised on a bid sale-process organised by Iccrea Bank for the disposal of NPL portfolios of banks belonging to Iccrea Group comprised of a preliminary phase, scoring phase, one to one negotiation with selected bidders. The transaction was valued at circal 300,000,000 EUR and closed in September 2024. 

The team also advised Bayview Global Opportunities Fund on a transaction under Italian securitisation law for the purpose of acquiring on a rump-up basis reperformed loans out of NPL transactions in which the consortium has co-invested. The transaction closed in October 2024.
