Founded in 2022 by Soh Chun Bin and Jeremiah Huang, Icon Law is an independent Singapore law firm that evolved from the former Singapore member firm of the ZICO Law network. The firm provides legal services in Singapore and, through its affiliation with the ZICO Law network, across ASEAN. Its team advises local, regional and multinational clients on corporate, finance and transactional matters.
Highlights
Recent examples of the firm’s deal work include advising Goodwill Entertainment on its proposed listing on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading. This transaction represents one of only four IPOs launched on the Singapore Exchange in 2024.
The firm also advised TZE, a subsidiary of TCL Zhonghuan Renewable Energy Technology, in the complex, multi-jurisdictional restructuring of Maxeon Solar Technologies, a Singapore-incorporated company listed on Nasdaq. The transaction was highly complex due to the intricate interplay of financing, insolvency, corporate and security laws across five jurisdictions – the US, South Korea, Switzerland, Singapore and Hong Kong – while also requiring compliance with Nasdaq listing rules.
Key clients
Goodwill Entertainment, CFM, Second Chance Properties, Lorenzo International, Carsome, Biolidics, and Lorenzo International.
