Highlights

The firm acted as Greek law legal advisors for Goldman Sachs International, advising on all Greek law aspects relating to an NPL financing transaction involving assets located in multiple jurisdictions in Europe, including Greece. The firm drafted, negotiated, and finalised all Greek law security documents for financing of 565 million EUR for the acquisition of over 10,000 loan portfolios with a nominal value of 33 billion EUR. The transaction closed in July 2024. 

The firm also advised the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations (Growthfund) in the Kalamata Airport Privatisation project. The project involves the development of Kalamata Airport through a long-term concession agreement, awarded to a preferred bidder following an international tender process. The project has a commitment of 73 million EUR during the first three years of the concession period.
