In recent notable work, the firm advised Orange on the indirect acquisition by its Romanian subsidiary, Orange Romania S.A., of a 54% controlling stake in the fixed operator, Telekom Romania Communications S.A. from OTE Group. The transaction closed in May 2024. The team also provides ongoing corporate support to Servier.
