The firm advised Beijing New Building Materials Co. (BNBM) in relation to their USD 60 million investment into a joint venture with the Mine and Thermal Powerplant “Ugljevik” in the Republic of Srpska. The transaction is currently ongoing. 

The team also advised Philip Morris International on the implementation of their Stock Award Programme for employees in Bosnia & Herzegovina. The transaction closed in December 2024.
