Highlights

The firm advised PortfoLion Capital Partners in the acquisition of 40% stake in 4FIZJO Group. The transaction closed in January 2025. 

The M&A team also advised Corvinus Zrt in relation to the sale of Corvinus Zrt’s majority stakes in Posta Biztosító Zrt and Posta Életbiztosító Zrt to Gránit Biztosító Zrt. The transaction closed in November 2024.
