In addition to its Montenegro presence, Doklestic Repic & Gajin has an office in Bosnia and Herzegovina and is also a founder member of Lex Adria, a legal network of independent firms.   

Highlights 

The firm advised Shanghai International Energy Exchange Co., Ltd. (INE) on the possibilities for trading futures and options in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. The transaction closed in December 2024. 

The firm also assisted Lustica Development AD Tivat with the preparation of a comprehensive legal due diligence of their company and operations. The transaction closed in February 2025.
