It advised on the pioneering acquisition of India’s Trica Equity by UK sharetech leader Vestd—a complex deal that navigated multi-jurisdictional FDI and data regulations to facilitate strategic market entry and set a significant fintech precedent. 

In the venture capital space, the firm represented Visceral (LV Angel Fund) in a $15 million seed investment in AI startup Mythik, which involved high-profile co-investors. This transaction required structuring sophisticated IP and data protections under evolving privacy laws, establishing a robust model for future early-stage tech investments.
