Founded in 1989 by Francesco Carbonetti, Carbonetti e Associati has two offices, located in Rome and Milan. The firm has over 30 professionals, including 10 partners.  

Highlights 

The firm assisted the lender Banca Popolare di Puglia e Basilicata S.C.p.A. in an acquisition finance transaction, which granted MV Extrusion S.p.A. an 8,001,350 EUR loan to partially finance the acquisiton of ETA S.p.A. The transaction closed in January 2024. 

The M&A team also worked on a transaction for the add-on of the private equity fund Arcadia SGR S.p.A. by which Kep Italia S.r.l. purchased 100 % of the corporate capital of Veredus S.r.l. from its quota holders Paolo Menegon and Ermanno Fuga. The transaction closed in November 2024.
