Established in 2004, BDK Advokati is a full-service firm with offices in Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Montenegro. It opened its office in Podgorica in 2009. The firm has a practice in financial and corporate and project development.

Highlights 

The firm advised Alcazar Energy on the acquisition and development of the 118 MW wind farm project "Bijela" in Montenegro. The project is currently ongoing. 

The team also advised a client on the acquisition and development of a lead and zinc mine in Montenegro. The transaction closed in June 2024.
