Recent examples of the firm’s deal work include advising Jiangsu Lopal Tech, a global leader in lithium iron phosphate cathode materials, on its US$70 million IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This transaction was distinguished by its multi-jurisdictional complexity, requiring seamless integration of Hong Kong and Singapore legal frameworks.  

The firm also advised Wentel Engineering, a supply chain management services provider, on its proposed listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia. The transaction's complexity stemmed from its cross-border nature, requiring the firm to align Singaporean corporate governance with Malaysia's stringent listing requirements.
