Highlights 

The firm provided legal assistance to US Bank National Association in relation to the add-on financing transactions to Carnival group, composed of a new loan and a new bond as well as repricing of the existing transactions for further 1 billion USD. The transaction closed in June 2024. 

The M&A team advised Chequers Capital in relation to the sale of their majority stake of Somacis, Italian company active in the field of high-complexity printed circuit boards, to Bain Capital. The transaction closed in August 2024.
