Grønttorvet project financing

Overview:

• Affordable homes developer FB Gruppen secured a financing package from pension fund PKA to develop a 234,000 square meter real estate plot in Copenhagen, which includes 2,000 apartments. 
• As part of this agreement, PKA is acquiring some of the buildings from the developer. 
• Though the matter value was not disclosed, it was reported to be in excess of DKr5 billion.
