DLA Piper Denmark is a premier commercial law firm in Denmark with a strong national and international practice - particularly within corporate M&A, real estate, banking and finance, restructuring and insolvency, capital markets, venture & private equity, tax, employment, IT, and technology. We are a top-5 size law firm in Denmark, with 380 people in our offices in Copenhagen and Aarhus. We became a part of the global law firm DLA Piper in May of 2017, making us the only global law firm in Denmark with a truly pan-Nordic presence, positioning us to help clients with their legal needs in the Nordic countries as well as around the world. Furthermore, as of June 2018, DELACOUR was integrated into the firm, strengthening the firm's core practices as well as deepening expertise in sector areas.

"The perfect team for any assignment."

"I have been extremely satisfied with the services provided and the dedication of the team."

"They are good and pragmatic."

"They are an excellent firm in general. We haven't used anyone else in this field for the last 10 years. They are the only firm for us; outstanding. They were easily able to complete a high volume of work on time and without a problem. [They have] the right people and the right skills, offers excellent value for money and has the integrity to bill fairly – they don't charge for a partner when the associate does most of the work. The price was very reasonable and they handled the cross border extra-jurisdictional element very smoothly. In the documentation of securities, they are absolutely without equal."

"The firm is timely, practical, offers a good business understanding, are good negotiators, deliver high quality and are finishers."

"The firm provides highly skilled lawyers and performs well when compared to other firms in this area."

"What impressed me most [about the capital markets team] is that you don’t have a whole lot of law firms in Denmark with experience in covered bonds for small and medium-sized enterprises. Here we had someone with a track record in this field and who was able to deliver at a very reasonable cost."

"They showed very solid knowledge and good project management in a relatively large private equity transaction involving many parties. They focus on the material issues."
