Delta Lloyd €650 million rights issue

Overview:

• Delta Lloyd has undertaken a rights offering of of 227,567,943 of shares worth €650 million.
• The shares were issued at €2.85 a share.
• The shares were offered in the Netherlands and Belgium and listed on the Euronext Amsterdam and Euronext Brussels.
• Goldman Sachs International acted as sole global coordinator and joint bookrunner.
• Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Barclays acted as joint bookrunners.
• ABN AMRO and Rabobank acted as joint co-manager.
