AMTD International SGX listing

Overview:

• Investment banking and asset management firm AMTD International has completed its secondary listing on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
• AMTD International is the first company to be dual-listed on the NYSE and the SGX and the first company with dual-class shares to be listed on the SGX.
• The listing was the first to debut via an online listing ceremony on SGX.
