Overview:

  • Global insurance broker Willis Group bought the remaining 70% of the shares in French insurer Gras Savoye, that it did not already own, for €550 million, from Astorg Partners and other shareholders. 
  • The group will become part of the Willis Group, but will maintain it's own branding. 
  • Gras Savoye’s net revenue was approximately €370 million in 2015.
