Dalaman airport expansion €175 million PPP

Overview:

• YDA İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret has secured €175 million in financing for the construction of a new terminal building at the Dalaman Airport.
•  The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) provided the financing. The EBRD financing is composed of a 16-year A-loan of €87.5 million for the Bank’s own account and a 15-year B-loan €87.5 million syndicated to UniCredit Bank Austria.
