Zur Rose Group SFr 175 million 0.275% bond issue

Overview:

• Zur Rose Group, the Swiss pharmaceutical e-commerce company, has placed SFr 175 million 0.275% bonds due 2025 on the SIX Swiss Exchange, through its subsidiary Zur Rose Finance. 
• The bonds are guaranteed and convertible into Zur Rose Group shares. 
• Proceeds of the issuance will be used to facilitate growing medication demand on online pharmacies during the COVID-19 pandemic.
