Overview:

  • UK asset manager Intermediate Capital Group has issued a €470 million senior secured bond.
  • Proceeds from the issue will be used to finance the acquisition of Italian pharmaceutical company, Doc Generici, from PVC fund.
  • The floating rate issue is due to mature 2026.
  • In the context of the issue, Diocle, a vehicle created by ICG and other companies in control of Doc Genericic obtained a €50 million super senior-secured revolving credit line.
