Lundin Petroleum acquisition of Metsälamminkangas wind farm

Overview:

• Lundin Petroleum, a Nasdaq Stockholm-listed oil and gas production company, acquired Metsälamminkangas wind farm in Finland from wind power developer OX2 at the end of January 2020. 
• On 20 March, Lundin Petroleum farmed down half of the project to third party Sval Energi, a HitecVision portfolio company. 
• The project, once operational in 2022, will produce around 400 GWh a year from 24 onshore wind turbines.
