Overview:

Blue Elephant Energy, a wind and solar farm operator based in Germany, will acquire two Groningen based solar parks from Chint Solar.
The solar parks have a combined capacity of 146MW and are currently under construction with planned commissioning by the end of 2020.
As part of the transaction, Blue Elephant Energy obtained debt financing for the solar park construction.
