Blue Elephant Energy acquisition of Chint Solar 146MW solar parks

Overview:

• Blue Elephant Energy, a wind and solar farm operator based in Germany, will acquire two Groningen based solar parks from Chint Solar.
• The solar parks have a combined capacity of 146MW and are currently under construction with planned commissioning by the end of 2020.
• As part of the transaction, Blue Elephant Energy obtained debt financing for the solar park construction.
