Brookfield acquisition of Ouro Verde

Overview:

• Brookfield Business Partners, a private equity firm, has acquired Ouro Verde, a Brazilian fleet management and car rental company.
• Brookfield originally agreed to acquire a 55% stake in Ouro Verde, but with this new agreement, Brookfield has acquired 100% of the company.
