Overview:

CNIC Corporation has acquired Prologis Park Galanta-Gan in Slovakia from Prologis.
The acquired asset consists of 240,000 square meters of class A logistics land.
The park is in Western Slovakia and is near route E571 which provides access to Bratislava, Austria, Hungary and the Czech Republic.
JLL provided financial advice to Prologis and Colliers acted for CNIC.
