Overview:

• SH 288 toll lanes PPP.
• $1 billion has been raised to finance construction of the SH 288 PPP toll lanes project. 
• The project consists of adding four new toll lanes, as well as maintenance and the addition of highway connectors.
• SH 288 is located in Harris County, Texas and runs through the city of Houston.
• The project developer is Blueridge Transportation Group, in collaboration with the Texas Department of Transportation. 
• Among the investors are Shikun & Binui, InfraRed Capital and Northleaf Capital Partners. 
• Citigroup Global Markets and Barclays Capital acted as underwriters for the financing. 
• The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2019.
