Swiss firm Walder Wyss has significantly strengthened its practice with the opening of two new offices in Geneva and Lausanne.

The Geneva office is headed by partners Philippe Pulfer and Patrick Vogel, both of whom joined from Froriep, and they are supported by a team of five lawyers. Pulfer has been practicing law in Switzerland for almost 25 years and had been with Froriep for the last 19. Vogel, meanwhile, was with the firm for more than eight years and has a track record stretching back to 1999, including several years spent in New York.

Partner Nicolas Iynedjian, also previously with Froriep, is in charge of the the Lausanne office and is supported by four other lawyers. Iynedjian's career also dates back to 1999, where he started in-house at Crédit Lyonnais, and he had been with Froriep for almost 10 years before making the move to Walder Wyss.
