International firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced it has established a new office in Luxembourg.

The new practice brings in three new partners: Stéphane Braun from BS Avocats, Manfred Dietrich (subject to Solicitors Regulation Authority [SRA] approval) from Van Campen Liem and Raquel Guevara (also subject to SRA approval) from MNKS.

Braun has worked in the Luxembourg market for 14 years and has experience on a wide range of topics including banking, capital markets, corporate work and restructuring and insolvency. Dietrich is a funds specialist who has been in the Luxembourgish market for 16 years, while tax specialist Guevara has also been working in the Grand Duchy for 14 years.

The new office will be fully operational in June 2017, which coincides with the expected completion of the firm's merger with US firm Chadbourne & Parke.
