Nadiezhda Vázquez has developed a comprehensive practice focused on corporate, transactional, and real estate matters, advising clients on corporate structuring, governance, and the implementation of complex legal frameworks to support their business operations that involve local or cross-border M&A transactions.
She has extensive experience assisting companies in the structuring and negotiation of key commercial agreements. Her practice also includes advising on finance transactions, particularly in the structuring of trusts and real estate investment vehicles, as well as conducting legal audits in connection with real estate portfolios and investment projects.
