SMPS LEGAL ASESORA A MEXAMERIK EN LA ADQUISICIÓN DE UNA PARTICIPACIÓN MAYORITARIA DEL 51% EN TRANSPORTES VIM.
Ciudad de México, 14 de mayo de 2025 – SMPS Legal asesoró a MexAmerik en la adquisición de una participación mayoritaria del 51% en Transportes VIM, permitiendo que los accionistas con los que ya se contaba la sociedad adquirieran a su vez el otro 49% de la participación, una operación estratégica que fortalece de manera significativa su posicionamiento en el mercado de fletes y transporte. Esta transacción potencia la expansión de sus capacidades operativas, optimiza su cobertura logística y acelera su crecimiento a nivel nacional.
La integración permitirá a la compañía ofrecer soluciones más ágiles, escalables y eficientes, incrementando su capacidad de respuesta frente a las necesidades cambiantes de sus clientes, particularmente en sectores donde la entrega oportuna y segura de mercancías es un factor crítico para la competitividad.
SMPS participó activamente en el diseño e implementación de la estructura fiscal y corporativa de la operación, así como en la negociación de la transacción.

SMPS LEGAL ADVISES MEXAMERIK ON ACQUISITION OF A 51% MAJORITY STAKE IN TRANSPORTES VIM
Mexico City, May 14, 2025 – SMPS Legal advised MexAmerik on the acquisition of a 51% majority equity interest in Transportes VIM. In parallel, the company’s existing shareholders acquired the remaining 49% interest. The transaction strengthens MexAmerik’s position in the freight and transportation sector and supports the expansion of its operational capabilities, enhances its logistics coverage, and accelerates its growth at a national level.
The integration is expected to enable the company to deliver more agile, scalable and efficient solutions, enhancing its ability to respond to evolving client needs, particularly in sectors where the timely and secure delivery of goods is critical.
SMPS Legal advised on the design and implementation of the tax and corporate structure of the transaction and assisted in the negotiation of the deal.
