We are pleased to have advised Olayan Financing Company (OFC) on its strategic equity investment in MS PHARMA, a leading regional pharmaceutical company headquartered in Amman with operations across Jordan, Algeria, and Saudi Arabia. The investment, structured as a primary issuance of new shares for cash, will support MS Pharma’s next phase of growth across the MENA region, including the expansion of its biosimilars portfolio, manufacturing capabilities, and supply chain.
