Jingtian & Gongcheng has hired four investment and finance experts as partners in different offices across China.
Feng Chen and Zhao Jing join its Beijing headquarters, while Cui Wei and Bai Junlin join in Shenzhen and Shanghai.
In Beijing, Feng made the move from DeHeng Law firm, where she worked previously as counsel. She has specialist knowledge in banking and finance, outbound investment, funds and foreign investment, and is also experienced in designing structures for debt and equity transactions.
Zhao, who moved from Fangda Partners, focuses on M&A, funds and foreign direct investment, while Cui is focused on providing legal services to IT companies.
Finally, Bai specialises in private equity and venture capital, M&A, cross-border investment and capital markets. He also represented PEs investing in TMT, consumer goods, clean energy and education projects. Bai was also the legal director of a Hong Kong listed company before joining the firm.

加盟竞天前，冯琛律师曾在德恒律师事务所任职顾问律师，她的职业领域为银行及金融、境外投资等。冯律师亦擅长债权融资及股权融资的交易结构设计、交易文本的制作与谈判。
赵婧律师则加盟自方达律师事务所，她精专于兼并与收购、基金和外商直接投资等领域。同时，崔维律师主要为IT企业提供综合法律服务。
另外，白俊林律师的主要业务领域包括私募股权与风险投资、收购与兼并、境外投资、资本市场等，他亦曾代表国内外私募股权投资机构在TMT、消费品、清洁能源、教育等领域进行过众多投资项目。白律师此前是一家香港上市公司的法律总监。
