Vincent assumes the role in his 11th year with the firm and brings more than 25 years of experience advising on corporate and M&A, project finance, arbitration, and natural resources. He is particularly recognised for his work in the energy, mining, and digital economy sectors, where regulatory shifts and commercial complexity require integrated legal and strategic solutions.
Known for his execution-driven approach, Vincent is regularly sought after by domestic and international clients for his ability to deliver commercially viable outcomes in complex transactions and disputes. His practice combines legal precision with a strong understanding of operational realities, making him a trusted advisor in high-stakes matters.
