Hunton & Williams has added IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer John Dedyo as a partner in New York.
Dedyo joins Hunton's structured finance and securitisation practice from Weil Gotshal & Manges.
He regularly works with underwriters, issuers, investors and asset managers on a range of securitisation transactions.
Such transactions include unsecured consumer receivables, auto loans, trade receivables, commercial mortgages and high-yield bond securitisations.
