Herrick Feinstein has lured a new partner to co-chair its corporate practice in New York.
Stephen Jacobs comes to Herrick from hedge and private equity fund Spectrum Group, where he served turns as chief operating officer, general counsel, and chief compliance officer. Before Spectrum, Jacobs had been a corporate partner at US firm Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel.
As would be expected given his time at Spectrum, Jacobs specialises in advising invetsment funds. He frequently works on deals within the real estate and TMT sectors.
