Foley & Lardner has added a new team member to its finance and financial institutions practice and energy industry team in New York.
Jocelyn Lavallo comes to Foley from Chadbourne & Parke, where she focused on the financing and development of energy projects. Of these projects, many were solar and wind.
Lavallo has also led the financing of new advances in energy technology, such as LED lighting and combined heat and power plants.
It's been an active few months weeks at Foley, with additions to their private equity and venture capital practice and corporate practice shortly preceding this one in mid-May.
