Clifford Chance Badea has enhanced its M&A team in Bucharest with the hire of a new senior associate.
Adrian Cazan joins the team from Radu Tărăcilă Pădurari Retevoescu - Allen & Overy (RTPR Allen & Overy).
He focuses on M&A and real estate work.
Recent highlight work includes advice given to Asahi in relation to its €7.3 billion acquisition of SABMiller's CEE beer brands and work on PointPark Properties' acquisition of Europolis Logistic Park from CA Immo.
Before joining RTPR Allen & Overy Cazan also worked at DLA Piper and Linklaters. The move sees him return to his first firm as he trained at Clifford Chance between 2003-4.
Cazan is newly recognised as an IFLR1000 Rising Star.
